Offering a nose of brandied cherries with fresh muddled mint, old fashioned blackberry cobbler with biscuit crust, and cinnamon toast in brown butter.

Ingredients| 2 oz. | Still Austin Cask Strength |
| 0.5 oz. | Mint Syrup |
| 1 | Lemon Peel |
| 4 dashes | Chocolate Bitters |
| 01 | Combine mint syrup, lemon peel, and bitters in a rocks glass. |
| 02 | Muddle to dissolve sugar and release citrus oils. |
| 03 | Add Cask Strength. |
| 04 | Add ice or single large ice cube and stir. |
