01 | Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass. |
02 | Pour the anejo, agave and dashes of bitters into the glass. |
03 | Using a bar spoon, stir the cocktail to mix the agave in, about 30 seconds. |
04 | Twist the orange peel over the cocktail and then drop it in. Stir in two or three more times around the glass. |
